GETTING STARTED

1. Contact us to arrange for a free virtual consultation to discuss your project needs.

2. We deliver a brief written project description outlining our expected contributions.

3. After you review it, meet with our engineering leads to flesh out the work plan and schedule.

4. We deliver a more detailed proposal which includes a Statement of Work, dates, and cost estimates. 

5. Hold a final review of the SoW, costs, and invoicing.  We answer any questions.

6. Upon approval, work and billing begins.

7. We transmit weekly progress reports, and will hold coordination meetings and technology demonstrations with your team as desired.
